*Please check with your insurance provider to determine your patient share/co-payment prior to appointments and be prepared to pay your portion at time of visit.

A sliding scale may be applied to the rates below for those clients in need. This must be established before receiving services. Please contact Tara to apply.

Initial Assessment $150.00/assessment

Individual Session $140.00/session

Family Support $140.00/session

Group Session $100.00/each per session

Advance Care Planning Session $150.00/session

Reflecting Team Consultation $100.00/hour

Organizational Team Consultation $150.00/hour

Clinical Supervision $100.00/hour
